DELIVERY INFORMATION

We understand that every order is important and that you will be eager to receive your order as quickly as possible and we of course endeavour to send your purchases within the delivery time, often with no delay. However as all our candles are hand poured in small batches larger orders can take slightly longer which we will always keep you informed about

 

If you require your order for a special occasion please contact us directly either by email or telephone and we always try to see what we can do.

 

All orders will be confirmed either by email or text.

We send our products via Royal Mail 2nd class post, with an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days

Standard royal mail small parcel delivery costs are applicable at £3.70. This will vary depending on larger orders.

 

All delivery costs will be shown before you checkout and pay for your goods.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We always hate to think you will not be happy or will need to return your items but if anything is not right whatever the reason please contact us either by email or telephone as soon as possible and we will get back to you promptly.

Once received by us we will inspect the item/s and assuming everything is in order we will issue a refund within 3 working days. Should it be found that the item is faulty then return postage costs will also be refunded as long as these do not exceed what was originally paid.

 

All refunds (excluding postage fees, unless faulty) will be made via the same payment method originally used. Please ensure all items are returned unused and in the original packaging. Should it be found that any item has been used then we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund. 

 

As a consumer, you have legal rights In relation to products that are faulty or not as described. You can seek further advice on your legal rights from your local citizens advice bureau or trading standards office.

 

We take great care when producing and packaging our products so they arrive to you in top condition. If you do however receive your item damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will endeavour to resolve this as quickly as we can.
